Cancellation Policy

General Service Policy : Bookings & Payments: - All services must be requested through Almobtaker’s official channels. - Bookings are confirmed only after written acknowledgment and full or partial payment. - Unless otherwise specified, all confirmed bookings and consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & Amendments : - Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of airlines, hotels, and third-party providers. - Chauffeur, concierge, and experiences may be rescheduled with notice and subject to availability. - Almobtaker is not liable for penalties, changes, or restrictions imposed by suppliers. Scope of Service: - Almobtaker designs, coordinates, and delivers bespoke travel and concierge services. - For third-party suppliers, Almobtaker acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for operational changes or unforeseen events. Confidentiality & Privacy: - All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for service delivery. Liability : - Almobtaker is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses beyond our control. - Clients are encouraged to have valid travel insurance for additional protection.
